Iframe inside an iframe border problem.

Hello! I am trying to make a home page that has two iframes, one inside another. Both of them must not show their scroll bar.

Well, the first Iframe is inside a table and the second is inside another table that is inside of the first iframe.

The thing is that in Firefox everything wrks really fine, none of them show the scroll bar, but the in Internet Explorer, the scroll appear, but when I reload the page, they disappear.

Can someone tell me what the hell is happening? I can not figure out! Is there any solution?
