Hide from task bar

Hi I have a popup window, but this window have to be hide from the monitor, I can do that, but how can I hide the window from the taskbar, in the javascript forum somebody told me, it can be done using DHTML?
Can Some body help me here

@pyroSep 16.2003 — Not as well documented as I'd like, and still has a few bugs, but you can look at and use http://www.infinitypages.com/research/dhtmlpopup.htm as long as you keep the copyright header in tact...
