How to Create This CafePress Function?

I’m trying to create a function in a CafePress.com store that will allow shoppers to select an item from a page of artwork and have the selected item available to be placed on a range of products.

Here’s an example of what I want to do, using the CafePress store for the “Raising Duncan” comic strip:

Any idea how I do this?
