Can’t find a document mentioned in RFC 2821.

Hi folks. I’ve been reading through [url=http://www.eitf.org/rfc/rfc2821.txt]RFC 2821[/url] and I’m having trouble finding the information I want. I’ve been looking for the exact formatting model for message bodies that are not in a plain text US-ASCII format and/or have multiple sections in various content types. (Info an attaching files might be good too.)

RFC 2821 says

but I can’t figure out how I’m supposed to locate this document given only “[32]” as an identifier. Other documents mentioned in RFC 2821 are noted in the same fashion, but they at least have references expanded at some point in the document. For example

Can anyone point me to this “[32]” or at least explain how I’m supposed to find a document given only “[32]”? Thanks.
