trying to create an emailer- with image as a link

I am trying to create an email blast. That email will have one image, I want that image to be a hyperlink to my site. How do I do that. Like all the advertising that come in emails an if you roll over it and click it it goes to a site????

It should still have a free trail. the cost is something like $70 USD. All the clients I've used it with have liked it and felt it to be worth the money.
