Script for image resizing to a frame size

Anyone know how or where to write a script that will

1) take a set of 2+ images that are different heights and widths

2) resize them to fit inside of an iframe or web page

3) the web page or iframe detects the resolution of the users screen

4) so that the full image always fits the screen without scrolling either way

5) when loaded the set of images autoplays a slideshow

6) lastly, there is a forward, backward, and pause button
