Multiple Sources for Stylesheets

I have an odd application where I can’t imbed styles into the HTML and the accessibility of a specific location for the CSS sheet isn’t guaranteed. Is it reasonable to link in multiple copies of the same stylesheet from different sources?

E.g.

<link rel=”stylesheet” type=”text/css” href=”http://source1.com/styles.css” />
<link rel=”stylesheet” type=”text/css” href=”http://source2.com/styles.css” />
<link rel=”stylesheet” type=”text/css” href=”http://source3.com/styles.css” />

Thanks in advance!

Greg

@felgallNov 08.2007 — While most browsers will read all the stylesheets when coded like that the standards actually say that there is only supposed to be one stylesheet for each media type and that any additional ones are supposed to be alternative stylesheets for stylesheet switching.

The alternative is to set up one stylesheet that imports the three and then link that one.
