linking to a site with frames

Hi
Is it possible to link to a particular page on a site that uses frames. If I link to the page directly I lose the navigation and header.

thanks,
Hank

@Tweak4Jul 17.2007 — All you can do is link to the framset containing the frames. However, by doing that, you lose control over what page is loaded into the frameset, and all you can really show is the default page from the site. That is one of the weaknesses of frames, and why so many sites abandoned framed navigation/headers in favor of server-side includes and other methods.
