Flash menu in HTML page

Hi,
I have a Flash-only page that consists of a drop-down menu and some text. You are more than wellcome take a look at it at www.geocities.com/avidan_e.

Instead of using flash for everything, including the text, I would like to use flash only for the menu, and then embed the menu in a HTML page that contains the text (my aim is to optimize my page for search engines). I know it is possible to put the menu above or below the text, but the problem is that I love my ugly page so much, that I want it to remain just the same (I have tried to use an HTML table but this doesn’t seem to work as expected). Any suggestions?

many thanks in advance,
Avidan Efody
