Submit triggers download AND page redirect

I want a Submit button to trigger a file download and then automatically take someone to a Thank You page. Is there an easy way to do this?

I am using Javascript but have access to ASP.NET also if I need it.

Could I do it by running a script from the button?

@osbornejauthorMar 16.2007 — [B]Partial Solution:[/B] I have gotten the download to work using onLoad in the <body> tag from the Thank You page. Unfortunately, this means I had to detach my page from its Dreamweaver template, which will make maintenance difficult. I would rather do the redirect and the download from a single button.
