A problem maybe in local server plz help me

I wrote a simple php code that containe 3 tables (users, threats and answers)

any way the code is working probably in the college server but I coudn’t run the whole system in the local system at home

I’m useing WAMP5 Server, is it need any configrations to be working well
or any solutions do you have.
