PHP from SSI

Use SSI to push out webpages with shared content merged from a common file – this bit I can do perfectly.

Use SSI to execute a PHP script on the server – not sure how I can do this but I gather that it is possible.

Access the document cookie sent in the request header from SSI or from the PHP script that is called from SSI. Don’t know if this is possible at all. If not, it is back to the drawing board.
