flash flv, ms media player, quicktime, helix...etc etc
basically you need to learn the script the streaming of that technology. You can always learn that by going to the site of the technology developers, e.g. msdn.com, and you will find documentation on how to script their technology using javascript.
once you have the basic idea of how to embed it, the rest is simple enough....always make sure the player has an id tag.
