Auto-expanding float?

I’m developing a site that has two columns, one floated left, the other floated left. They both have fixed widths, but I’d like the right-side div to expand downwards when the left-side has content added to it. I can’t seem to get it to work… Here is the link:

@housauthorJan 12.2007 — Just as a follow up, I couldn't implement the faux column technique into my page, but I did get a similar effect by enveloping the two columns in a wrap and setting the background color of that wrap to be the same as both columns....
