[RESOLVED] How to target new frame

I have a web page with an inline frame. In the inline frame is this coding:
<meta HTTP-EQUIV=”REFRESH” content=”4;url=http://www.raprofits.com/contact/contact_temp.htm“>. I would like it to show “contact_temp.htm” in a whole new window and not stay within the frame. Could someone show me what coding I need to accomplish this.

Target is used to make a HREF open in a specific frame

_top, _parent, _base and something else (I think that's them) are reserved to, e.g. point to the top level - ie the whole window

I think you are going to need to use a JavaScript referer
