script needed | clueless

I need to know the correct script for embeding another website into current website… dunno if that makes any sense.
before someone did it for me, she gave me a widow inside my body portion of the site, with in the window was another site with logos i’ve done that were visable inside my new/current site. I fawked up the coding the other day and lost that ability like Superman surrounded by Kryptonite.
Anybody know of this script(the correct one) I can use???

sorry i don't know this better, but is there one that I can i believe size the height & width too?
