Autoclose a Confim Message Window

I would like to have an OK/Cancel window that timesout and autocloses after a certain period. Is there a way to get a confirm message box, or any type of message box, to close outside the user clicking on it?

You would need to build your own custom layer that has the buttons.

Are you doing a session timeout warning? Sounds like it to me.
