Java doesn’t load

Hi,
You guys are great here and have helped me before but somehow I lost my login and had to register again.
Anyway I have a weird problem and hope I can explain so you guys can help me.
I helped my friend build a web site and then later moved it to his own domain on Bravenet.

The problem is the site has a Java applet on it with turning pics and and I get an error and it won’t load. He says he can see them fine on his machine and I can see them fine on my computer at work too. I have two computers at home that is not networked and I get that error on each of them. The strange thing is it only started a few nights ago because I could see them without error before that. Something even more strange is the original site was at another location and we moved it without making any changes when he got his own domain and I can see the pics fine on the old site which is still up on both my computers at home.
I am going nuts with this and need help. I think it must be on my machines at home but still how could it be if I can see the pics on the old site. I could also see the pics on the new site until a few nights ago when this started.
You guys do miracles and know everything and I’m hoping I explained this enough that you can help me now.

I don’t know any coding and built the site with Dreamweaver MX and I’m sure they have a lot of code errors but the sites work fine, I just need help with the pics on the new site.
The old site is: http://www.geocities.com/karls_orchids/main.html
The new site is: http://karls-orchids.net
Please if any of you have a clue how to fix this I would be very grateful.
The error message that I get in the Java console is listed below.

@SamMar 10.2004 — questions regarding java should be posted at http://forum.java.sun.com

@SamMar 10.2004 — also, the applet loaded fine here, perhaps its a problem with your JRE (Java Runtime Environment). Sometimes applets won't load with older jre's, sometimes they won't load with newer ones

@Khalid_AliMar 10.2004 — as mentioned above,a typical error could be caused by difference in the JRE,however,I t might be that the new web server does not find the applet as well, point is make sure that you can access the applet from the location where its at..(and of course JRE problem can still be there)
