iframe problem – pages open in new window

I recently changed layouts on my website and now the iframe suddenly won’t work. Instead of the pages opening in the frame, they open in a new window (IE6/Netscape8). It works fine in Firefox and an older version of Netscape. I’ve run every page on my website through a html validator and fixed all the errors but I still haven’t found what’s wrong with the iframe. I’ve used this coding for a while and have never had problems with this in the past.

I am at a complete lost so any help would be appreciated.

@shixterSep 11.2006 — I have the beta IE and worked fine. Are you sure that your targeting set correctly? Sounds like a stupid question, but as I can see works great. Is there a specific browser that is having the most problem? Did you maybe change some options in how your browser is handling new pages. Maybe downloaded new version of browser and page handling not the way it should be? I know that with all the new options in newer version of IE, if they are set a certain way then it doesn't matter how you target. Its going to handling loading a new page however browser options are set. Microsoft does it again, lol.
