How do I insert forums into my website?

I was wondering, I haven’t been able to find it in any of my books or usual sites. I am working on a site that needs forums.

If you know how to do it, or know where I can find out, please let me know.

@stacywacyAug 30.2006 — I use phpbb (www.phpbb.com). It's open-source and has a support community in case you need help with anything. But, your web host will have to support php. PHPbb is easy to install and even has a few simple flash tutorials to help you.
