Mouse Over Effect Help Needed !!!!

Does anyone have any idea what the mouse over effect is called when you go over a pic with your mouse and the pic gets bigger. An example of what I’m talking about is found at this address towards the middle of the page.

I looked for mouse over effects and couldn’t find anything. A name of what it’s called and where I could find the code would be great!
