I Need Help!

I just started making my own website and I have no idea how to do anything with HTML. All I really want to know for now is how to make my website with people using usernames and passwords (registering). I don’t know if that has to do with HTML or not but any help would be greatly appreciated. I made the website on geocities.com and I know how to get the boxes to enter the usernames and passwords and I have the submit buttons, I just don’t know how to put it all together. Thanks and sorry for the confusing explanation.

Making a website with those free online things doesn't produce a very good result, and you really need to do some research on web site design and coding. A registering system IS way over your head, and will require server side programming - LOTS more research..
