hidden div’s HELP

Hi All … having problems with IE and hidden divs again

My code is @

[url]http://www.mohave-engineering.com/new/Employment[/url]

When you click on a “read more” link for the position types, IE displays the hidden divs all the way to the right of the screen (of course it veiws fine in FF).

I validated the code and nothing is outta place or wack. My JavaScript for the showHide function is @

Did you get this from Dynamic Drive? If so, it's probably the same code I used, and I encountered the same problem. It had to do with IE recognizing my div, even though it was set to be hidden. Rather than absolute positioning, I used negative margins. (But, just to warn you, my div was really small, so that might not work for you.) You might give that a try.
