How can I create a Randomized Playlist from an existing m3u

I’ve done a lot of searching and can’t quite find what I want. I’m not very good with Javascript but can “feel” my way around. lol

But what I need is this:

I have a playlist with 5 mp3’s on it. I created a playlist called: playlist.m3u and it works just fine playing the songs in the order they are in on the playlist.

However, i want these mp3’s to play randomly so a visitor doesn’t hear the same song every time they go to my site.

So to make it clearer:

I need to know how to make a randomized playlist for mp3’s.
