Simple message board / disscussion script

I am searching for a basic message board or disscussion script such at [url]http://www.tribby.com/board/[/url] or [url]http://members.boardhost.com/boardhostsample/[/url]

I like these because they post the message with the date and time. But I can not get the script to these.

Keep in mind — I do not know much about scripts.
