Noob needs help.

I have a feed from digg.com on my website located in an iframe. but when my visitors click on the titles in feed list it opens in the iframe itself, I want the digg page of the article to open in new window , How do I go about doing this. I cant add target blank since I dont have access to the linked feed page. I’m a noob, who’s trying to learn, so please use plain noob talk lol ?
