How to build a site for cellphone stuff?

Do you have any info or links on how to build a website that will contain mobile phones stuff (ringtones, pictures, logos, videos ect…)? And also info on how to deal with Copyright issues for the songs or pictures that would be used on the site. No specificaly in USA, as I don’t live there and intend to use media from several countries.
