Frames in css box?

Are you able to but a frame set inside a css box? Or am I just dreaming lol. I have a feeling you can’t but I thought Id make sure. It’s pretty hard to explain, but some websites do not fill an entire page, the info is in a css box that centres the page, are you able to use frames in a box like that? ?
