Hi, can anyone advise me on how to regain control of the url showing in the address bar. I would just like to show the url of my web site in the address bar irrespective of which page the visitor has travelled to. Many thanx Taffy

Using a frameset to "disguise" your URL just makes it really difficult for the user to bookmark specific pages or send links to them to other people... So, unless there's a [i]really[/i] good reason behind it, this probably isn't worth the tradeoff with usablitiy.
Since you would have a index file for each folder, people who don't know about HTML wouldn't be able to see what file they're looking at, all they see is the folder.
Another trick is to have all your pages inside one page - you can accompish this with hidden DIV's - although as Exuro stated for the frames - users woudn't be able to bookmark a specific site.
