cross-domain URL redirection

Hi, can anyone out there help me? I’m trying to find out if there is a known way of using some server-side script (or anything) to grab a URL from a link in an iframe on a web page and then getting the page to automatically redirect to that link?
Here is the kind of thing I had in mind. If you look at the links on this page:
http://www.badgebuyers.com/carbuyers/
(the ones on the right hand side in the ‘Bidvertiser’ box). If you right click on the box and view source you can see the code. On around line 45 there is the URL for the first link. Is there a way for the script to find that URL when the page is loaded and for it to redirect there?
