problem with div size in IE and FF

Please open this link in IE and FF you will see green strip when i open it in IE and FF it appears in different sizes.
i wanted it to get placed in same size on both browsers.
can anyone help me

@drhowarddrfineFeb 25.2006 — First, you have multiple id names. You can only use one id name per page.


Validate your code. You have 50 html errors and about four CSS errors.

IE might not be using margins correctly. While you are fixing your errors, make sure you test in Firefox and not IE because it is riddled with bugs.
