Javascript enabled percentage and it’s effect on ecommerce websites

We are currently implementing some tracking software to our site and have to now embed our buy buttons within javascript to do so. What percentage of people have javascript disabled for their browsers, and of those what percentage of people would be likely to purchase regardless of javascript inactivity?

@CharlesFeb 22.2006 — About one in ten users do not use JavaScript. But importantly, some can't use JavaScript because of some disability. And because that and Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act it is against the law to make your navigation JavaScript dependent. Why, just the other day Target was sued for just that.
