How Can I change the website color?

Hello everybody,
I have a theme for a web site
I want to change his color to some other colors
but i won’t to change it from photoshop and change tables color…etc

I want a code to put in my site, and the code can change the site color to anything I want
I seems a filter or layer I can put it on the site to put a layer of new color on the site

I’m sorry cuz I can’t descrip what I need.. cuz my English is bad ?

@ray326Feb 22.2006 — Given your reference to Photoshop, I suspect you'll have to rethink your design to do what you want. You can't do what you want in Photoshop.

@toicontienFeb 22.2006 — I think he wants a CSS-equivalent method for changing the color of an overlayed or semi transparent layer in photo shop to change the colors and tints of a page in one swoop. There is no CSS method for doing this, you can however change background colors, text colors and border colors using CSS. You'll just have to do it using several CSS style declarations, instead of just one.

I think it called a filter in DHTML

it's seem the gray color are show when we press the "log out" link in any vb forum
