Floating Hearts and Netscape 8.1

I pasted the floating hearts in my website and it works with IE but not Netscape 8.1. Any ideas why this is?

@phpnoviceFeb 22.2006 — #The script is probably too old to be compatible with Netscape 8. Show which line causes an error and I'll address it.
