@felgallFeb 19.2006 — #The alt text is what is displayed when the browser can't display the image. Internet Explorer mistakenly displays this as if it were title text if you omit the title attribute from the image. No other browser contains this bug.
The title text is what displays in the yellow box. This is defined in the browser and so can't be changed from within the web page. The only alternative is to generate the tooltips using Javascript instead of using title text.
