Problems with Go Daddy Hosting

We’re using Cold Fusion and since Monday our website forms haven’t been working. Our code hasn’t changed, but they can’t offer any answer as to why we are getting email form submissions. My mail account works just fine when mail is sent directly to me, just not from the website. Any ideas??

But my big question is are there any hosting companies that are the best at hosting Cold Fusion sites?

Thanks so much in advance and I’m telling you.. if anyone can tell me why our forms aren’t working, I will owe you big!!!

My first thought is that they might have tightened up security...

Maybe you now need to authenticate with the SMTP server from your web site to send emails? Or maybe just the credentials you have used in the past have changed? Maybe the SMTP server location has changed and you need to update this in you web site settings?

Not sure if this helps you - but might be pointing you in the right direction for questions you need to ask your hosting company.
