Dyncmaically Linked Dropdown –> Link to another page

Hoping for some basic Javascript help!

I’ve got the concept of dynamically-linked dropdown menus down. They’re great!
Such as: http://www.javascripttoolbox.com/lib/dynamicoptionlist/index.php

And I know basic dropdown menus can include an href link to an outside page.

Can I create a menu that would include a dynamically-linked set of dropdowns, where the options in the second menu link to separate external pages?

Example:
First menu: Honda, Toyota
Toyota is clicked and second menu shows: Prius, Corolla

Can a user click on “Prius” to be directed to “prius.html” and “Corolla” for “corolla.html”?

Thanks!!
