Redirect open in a New Window, without Javascript

Hi, I am trying to make a redirect, but the redirect opens a new window. The catch is, that I can’t use Javascript, I don’t think. Firefox hasn’t seemed to deal with it well, so I was wondering if there was a way to do a META tag redirect to open in a new window.

The reason I need this is because it is for a javascript nav menu that I have, that has the link, with the _blank, _self, etc coded into it, but that _blank doesnt work in firefox, so I am making the pages i need to be _blank go to a page which will automatically redirect it into the new window. Any help is greatly appreciated.

The site is: [url]www.team250.org/2006[/url], and the links that I need to do this too are:
Resources–>Archives, all of them
Resources–>Email

If you can't use target or JavaScript, then you're stuck.

@Yellow_EyesauthorFeb 11.2006 — No, it just doesnt do anything. IE is fine opening it up in a new window. Firefox has a problem.

I just tested it and yeah, it doesn't work in Firefox I suggest you use some variant of the Suckerfish Menu System instead of that antiquated, badly coded JavaScript menu system and [url=http://validator.w3.org/check?verbose=1&uri=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.team250.org%2F2006%2Findex.php]fix your HTML errors[/url].
