error #2003

I hope this is the right forum, i am going crazy trying to find out a solution to this problem and the webhosting company that i deal with do; not know what to do?

I am trying to log into PhpMyAdmin

and i keep getting
error #2003 – server is not responding?

any of you great minds might know what that mean, beacause the morons at yahoo web hosting do not know much.

@USER4FUNauthorFeb 10.2006 — it is through yahoo web hosting and all they ask you to do is create a username and password, click on install and when it is done it takes you to the directory where you installed phpmyadmin

in my case it is www.mydomain.____yada yada yada/MyPhp

at that stage you are prompted to input user name and password and simply click okay.

Unfortunaly with my great luck, i get the #2003 error.


In regards to the technical stuff like cPanel user interface etc.

I am sure all that is taken care of by yahoo web hosting. The Instructions are to

create account, click yes, and then you are in.
