problem in frames

I have the following .jsp code

<FRAMESET>

<FRAME name=”top_frame” title=”Navigation Frame” src=/jsp/common/navigation.jsp”>

<FRAME name=action_frame title=”Action Frame” src=”/servlet/search”>

<FRAME name=”preview_frame” title=”Preview Frame” src=”jsp/common/blank.htm”>

</FRAMESET>

When i try to access the title of the frame by using

parent.frames[i].document.title (this is in onLoad() method of the body of “navigation.jsp”) it gives me the title declared in “navigation.jsp” ( for example as <title> Navigation </title>) instead of “Navigation Frame”. How can i get “Navigation Frame” instead of “Navigation”, what is the javascript code to access the title?

Thanks
