Making website accessible in FF

I am having a problem with the website I am working on- how do I stop the testimonials box overlapping the white background?

It looks like this:

But I want it to look like this

[url]http://i6.photobucket.com/albums/y216/BigWow1/screenshot.jpg[/url]

The address of the website is [url]www.bigwowwebhosting.com[/url]
