opening a new page in the same window

Hallo 🙂

The following code works in both Firefox 1.5 and Safari 1.3.1 on my Mac (G4 iBook, OS 10.3.9), but not in Internet Explorer 5.2 (nothing happens).

Please can anyone tell me why, and what I can do about it?
