I mean the dialog box with "Open" and "Save as" button when clicking on "Download" button. I want to create a html page with a "Download" button to download a .htm or a .txt file. And I want this dialog box to be prompted when the "Download" button is clicked.

Please let know if you have any idea to solve this problem. Thank you very much for your help.
