help needed with a music player

hi, i need someone to create me a music player. i want to make a web site for my psp portal(a web site that fits the size of a psp). i dont know how to write javascript. the code needs to have a browse button that lets you go into your hard drive and pick your song. then it needs to play the song. it would be nice if it had a play and stop button. it has to run on Netscape 4.
