Looking for easy to use php template

Hi,

I am wondering if you guys can help me. Basically, I want to create a website just like [url]http://www.exmoor-accommodation.co.uk/[/url]. If you click on the links to the left it basically brings up lists of property’s from a database.

Does anyone know of any free, easy to use php software that would allow me to create a site such as this with an admin side to it so I can easily add things to the database.

@Eobert_AmbalongJan 29.2006 — There are heaps of Content Management System available. For database driven Website using PHP and MySql on an Apache server, The one that I recommend is Joomla (its Open source CMS) - can be downloaded for free (limited use) at www.joomla.com.

Try the search engine to find out other free CMS and compare. Surely there is one for you for free.
