Calling javascript file using php

HI

I am doing with generating a hit counter in php
In that,
I have a java script file which gives the client informations including the resolution ,borwser and its version,etc..
I have placed this jaascript file in the server itself and the link is given to the client. from the javascript I send the information to a php file using <i-framr> and saved to database.

But now I am having a problem is
“the client may disable javascript”

So I changed the code to php and the file is accessed using <IMG> tag.

But I cannot the correct hit page and refer page and also I dont get the resolution, since no php command to get browser resolution.

Now I want to access the javascript from php to get the client details.

I hopes you uderstand my problem?

Is it possible? Please help me find a solution…
