Okay so I’m learning still here but I think there must be a error in browsers or something because I just cannot think of a logical reason for why my webpage is acting this way.
Please look at this image:
[url]http://img493.imageshack.us/img493/356/untitled15ak.jpg
as you can see the iframe my forum is in is going further than where the bottom of the page should be and the height of the iframe is only 93.5% where as the bottom logo and the little arrow on the right hand side are apparently at the very bottom of the page infact there is a background image on the left hand side that is ment to fit in 100% of the page for diffrent resolutions but even that wont go past that point.
I am really confused here because belive it or not this is only like my 3rd attempt at a webpage…
Here is some of the code:
Main body code and iframe with the forum:
[code]
<body style=”height:100%; ” onLoad=”MM_preloadImages(‘images/home_on.gif’,’images/forum_on.gif’,’images/database_on.gif’,’images/news_on.gif’,’images/trade_on.gif’,’images/media_on.gif’)”>
<div align=”center” style=”position:absolute; top:100px; left:159px; right:0px; height:93.5%; “><iframe src=”http://127.0.0.1” style=”width:100%; height:93.5%; bottom:0px; “></iframe></div>
The left handside navigation background that is ment to stretch to 100% heigh and also the small arrow on the right hand side of the page. (As far as I understand both of these should be at the very bottom of the page I just can’t understand why there not.)
[code]
<div align=”center” STYLE=”position:absolute; top:288px; left:0px; bottom:0px;”> <img src=”images/nav_bottom.gif” width=”160″ style=”height:100%;”></div>
<div align=”center” STYLE=”position:absolute; bottom:0px; right:20px;”><a href=”http://127.0.0.1/index.php”><img src=”images/forum_up.gif” width=”19″ height=”18″ border=”0″></a></div>
If anyone can help then I will be in your debt, I have tried everything I know nothing will work. (Note the same thing happens on ANY resolution if this is in anyway relevant.)
