the preview has a border, but not when uploaded

the first image is of the preview from dreamweaver, as you can see there is a border. but when i upload it to the web there is no border. (second picture) i have tried on numerous hosts. thanks in advance. the url is [url]http://giudeselliott.atspace.com[/url]. i also added the file but there’s obviously no files
