Autofit window

Hi i have this script that i downloaded. It resizes the window, it does just fine in MAC-SAFARI, and MAC-INTERNET EXPLORER, but in PC-INTERNET EXPLORER doest work.

heres the code:

just to let you know i found he solution. the doctype tag was tthe problem i removed it from the top of the document and its working all right.
