What Program should I use to write ASP.net

Hi, I’m kinda new to the world of programming.I have used Adobe Golive to desing web sites and a few times I used Visual Studio.net to develp just general asp.net pages to send email and stuff.A few weeks ago I came across a tutorial for Dreamweaver and I was so surprised that you can do so much programming visually from within dreamweaver. So I got the trial version for dreamweaver and I was a little dissappointed to see that there were so many more SERVER BEHAVIOURS in it for classic asp but not much for ASP.net especially the user authentication n stuff.

So here is my dilemma, now that im switching to dynamic web pages.I dont know what should I use, dreamweaver(remember i want to focus on asp.net NOT classic asp) or Visual Studio.net. I did like visual studio.net as it had so many built in web controls you can add to your forms but I was really not comfortable with the designing. So what program should I use to develop PROFESSIONAL, GOOD LOOKING ASP.NET pages.

Please someone advise.

Thanks
